Dear beoworlders!

thinking about a satellite dish I was Told to Set up the cabeling as "Unicable"; meaning that 8 Receivers can Show any program with the Signal from One cable; are beovision internal Receivers are able to Talk this Language? And if yes from which Year on?

best Regards

so nobody any idea?!? - read in the german forum that it would go (BV 11 already able to be connected to unicable [Satellite channel router (SCR) oder englisch Channel Stacking System (CSS)]

but I've noticed that BV11 and new Avant both have two connectors for satellite signals - for me it appears that I would need TWO satellite signals to run the twin receiver...any ideas from you, experts?!?

best regards

hello again!

Anyone watching TV on the new Avant with satellite signal over unicable/CSS/SCR?

Thanks

I think Unicable is unlikely to be supported by B&O.  It was in the original UK Humax receivers behind a hidden menu and I successfully use it but Humax have removed it completely from their new line of UK Freesat receivers.  I also note that there are no third party receivers on the Unicable website anymore.  Maybe it was too costly to licence?
