BeoGram CD 3500 shuts down after a minute of playtime

Hello all,

I´ve been experiencing this issue for about a week now, before it worked perfectly fine.

However, now it seems the CD player is overheating or something like it, as it suddenly turns off when playing a CD and can then be turned on manually again, so it doesn´t fully lose power.

I´ve read around a bit and figured it could have to do with overheating, but I can´t seem to find a proper fix for this.

I´ve got medium-high experience with power electronics repairs(think washing machines and microwave ovens) but don't know much about audio devices.

Is there anyone here that has had a similar issue, and/or can provide a solution?
