My Beocom 2 has stopped displaying any kind of message, it does not ring anymore, it is still plugged in but nothing happens.

My Beocom 6000 is flashing red and I have a message saying "battery needs recharging".

Our local B&O store has closed down so I was wondering if anyone could help please.

I assume I need to change the phone battery but they are not very old so I do not understand why. I have relatives and friends who have had the same phones for longer than us and they never needed to replace their batteries.

Many thanks for your help.

Hello and welcome to Beoworld!

Sounds like a power problem. I suspect that the charging base for the BC6000 is also the base station (PSTN) for both phones and that the power lead is disconnected. Have you checked that it is all connected as it should be?

Thanks for your message. I have checked the pstn. It is placed in another room and one phone is downstairs, the other one is upstairs. The pstn is plugged in but the phones are still not working...
