Is the OP saying... "and if (they did have a self amp) when did it stop being produced?" Or the opposite? Some clarification is required if possible! Could always ask the original question in Google translate then port the tranlsation across perhaps...

I think we should remember that not everyone has English as either their first or second language. It was good of the original poster to ask the question in English.
The answer is really that B&O have used external amplification is the past and still do. A number of recent speakers have required passive amplification - the CX50 and the Beovox 1 come to mind. B&O still supply external ampifiers to serve these speakers.

My BeoMaster 4500 has an in-board amp.
The last BM4500's were made in 1994.
The last BM7000's came in 94/95.
But if you with 'true inboard amplifiers' mean one without PowerLink-out, you may be right with the BC9000.

I agree with you that if it drives BeoVox, that's the answer. Got my BeoMasters and BeoCenters crossed up. So it has been 20 years ish, not 25. Time marches on.

I think the question is: Did B&O ever have an amplifier unit, (Beolab 150,200,1700,5000 types) and if yes: From which year to which year, were they produced.
Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
B&O made active speakers long before they became commercially available.The HTF99 amplifier saw use in studio monitors:
The BeoLab 150 (and 200) was the amp for the Penta's, but - as far as I remember - it was also sold seperately.
I think the last one with in-board amp was the Beocenter 9300. I guess the last ones were made in the year 2000.
And let me just point out that it was never my intention to make fun of the new member asking the question - but (as Martin pointed out) - only of the (obviously) automated translation, that makes no sense.
