BV11-40 - Green sensor light on when TV is off

I have recently bought a BV11-40, but sometimes the green sensor (top right of screen) comes on (and stays on) when the TV is turned off.

It doesn't do it every time but a few times since I've had the TV. I've turned the TV on and off again but same result.

What is that about? Unsure

Mine does this if a recording is running. Can this be the reason at yours as well?
