Hi, I have just bought a Beovision 7-32 and the only way I could get it to work with my skybox was to program the sky box as the VCR option. Does anyone know the best way to program the skybox as the default input for the television? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi CraigF,

you can't - it is a source on the tv.

But it will just be a matter of pushing another button!

On some BV's you can deactivate the internal tuner. Then you will have the TV button as option too.

But I am rather sure that this is not possible with the 7-32.

I think you're right. To deactivate the Freeview on a Mk4 7-32 you need to crack the back off and physically unplug it !!

Thank you, I have programmed the TV so that when you press the V-tape button on the remote it switches on the TV and goes straight into the sky box. Just being fussy really. I have just upgraded from my MX7000 of 10 years or more and its great to see all of the picture now that most things are wide screen. My next mission is to get a masterlink cable and reconnect my ouverture to the TV. Thanks again for your replies.
