Beo 5 config tool on Windows 8

Dear Beoworlders

I want to make some changes to my Beo5 config, however I don't have any Windows XP Pc anymore.

What is the best way to proceed? I still have the 5.12 software version.

I see the following options:

• Buy a cheap Windows 8 PC and run the software on Win 8. Does this work?
• Is there a way to make this work on a Mac with parallels or Bootcamp?

Any help would be appreciated as I have no experience in these setups
