BeoCenter 1 + Beo4 w/ Samsung DCB-270G

Hi Folks,

I recently inherited a BeoCenter1 plus the Beo4 remote which still works great and has a great sound. So I'm really happy with it. But unfortunately I need a decoder or set top box (I'm not sure about the difference) to get TV signal so that I'm using 2 different remotes at the moment. Now I read in the manual that there is a way to control some set top boxes through the BeoCenter and the Beo4 but as the TV set is somewhat older and my set top box is newer (Samsung DCB-B270G) I don't find that model in the stb list and am not sure if there is another to connect the two...
Maybe it would be better to buy an older decoder that works with the BeoCenter...?

I'm happy about any advice.
