BeoMegaMan:Check that both mini cables going to the IR on the baluns are identical. The Matrix is very sensitive to different mini cables.
OK, check that - Both cables are identical (white with a bulge in the middle), same markings etc. I have swapped them between the two TV's and the behaviour remains the same (one TV works, the other doesn't - I cycle the power on the switch and begin with the previously non working TV and it is fine but the other one now has the problem).
I.e. I can recreate the symptoms on demand and both sets have same issue if the other set was used before (after a power cycle). It's as if the first set being used 'takes over' the switch and the 2nd set can send whatever commands it desires it has no impact whatsoever (until a restart). That said, the IR relay to sources works perfectly so i can conclusively proof that the BV is sending PUC commands and that those commands are being relayed - It's only the matrix switch that selectively responds (or not) to PUC commands intended for it.
