Hello everybody,

I have a Beogram 5500 purchased and it worked well for about 10 minutes. Now it still turns and moves, but it does not correctly reacts to the push of the buttons.

Any idea of what is happening?

be seeing you

How should I give you a clue when I have none myself Big Smile

So yes you can call me clueless

I am away from home, so it is difficult to describe from memory.

I will try: If I press on play, it starts, but the needle does not go down (I checked the balance). if I press stop on beomaster or on the beogram nothing happens, or it does go back but continue to turn (and it not inertia, or this pickup got a lot of it) . The only way to stop it is to pull the plug.

I am aware that this is not a lot.

Kind regards

François
