Hello, i found a beotime clock in my vacation in france. I might buy it from the owner of the house. The condition is not too good, as the house is close to the sea...the aluminum has some spots on it, of which i dont know if its dirt or corrosion. The paint has bladders and is coming off...ill try to post some pics...
Could anyone tell me what this clock might be worth?
Thanks in advance,
Max

No more than 25 euro. Nothing as annoying watching a clock with either dents/scratches or dirty spots. Depending what type of clock it is but if it's the one with the ribs on it, forget it!

Thanks for your advice! Are there any different opinions? Or does everybody agree? Its the one with ribs, red/black hands and black marks...
Post a photo. Some of them are homemade, which would be worth less than Leslie's estimate.

Forgot about that, some of them are indeed homemade. There's an UK Ebay who sells those so called "kits" so there's a big chance that you gonna buy a homemade. How to recognize? Probably not a Junghans clockwork at the back, Beotime text at the front?
