Recently I upgraded from Beo4 to Beo6. I configured the Beo6 myself as my dealer provided me the tool. He has done the initial configuration. After this I played aorund with the config tool, It took me about one week to find my favourite configuration.
Comparing the two configurations - the one my dealer made and mine - i have to say the configuration of my dealer was very basic. It didn't make use of the power of the beo6. If i olny knew only this one, I would tend to lay the beo6 is far away from an useful remote. Far too complex, no sense....
In my opinion B&O should provide the tool officially to clients.

Some Dealers know how to get the most out of the beo6 and some don't. It is a bit of a beast but really good once it can be programmed well.Yes B&O should make the config tool available!
