Attempted to use my Beogram 1202 this evening and found that the manual operation would not engage at all.

The automatic function worked fine and the needle dropped accordingly on both a 33 and 45 but when I turn the wheel to select manual there is absolutely nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Probably the switch you see in the pic, lower left corner, clean and adjust, and check that the arm from the speed selector operates the switch in "manual"

Your BG looks very good, glad to hear it works, I like the design a lot, fits perfectly to my BM 901. Got my SP 14 repaired by Axel and also got the belt from him.

Thanks Soren, it is in lovely working order thankfully!

I like the design a lot too, I'm after the matching Beocord 1200 at some point, but recent prices here have been pretty high. I guess they are quite a bit rarer than the Beogram!

Sadly getting one back to the UK would be tricky from Denmark, I may speak to Martin!
