Hello all
I wonder if you could help me please, I live in France and I am having problems sourcing the following:
I need Bulbs or Holders and bulbs for a Beolab 1700 and a Beocenter 1400
I require a counterweight for a 1902 Turntable arm this is the oblong one that sits in the arm.
Motor required for a Beocord 5000 this for the tape deck transport mechanism (not the drawer motor)
Finally I require ( a blast from the past) a speed control adjuster for a Beogram 900 turntable, I believe this a Beogram 1000 deck correct me if I am wrong I think it also the same on a 1001 Deck)
This is the black adjuster that fits inside the Large Chrome speed control at the rear of the Deck which allows the speed of the turntable to be adjusted with the strobe on the platter.
At least it does if it is not seized ( i think this was the problem with mine and it made the D section round so it would not turn the centre spindle)
I am unsure if the black control removes from the Chrome Control (perhaps someone could advise)
Thank you
Joshua
I think that I may have a 1902 arm assembly somewhere, will come back if I can find it!
The bulbs can possibly be sourced by the user "Dillen".
Vinyl records, cassettes, open reel, valve amplifiers and film photography.

Hi MartinThank you for your quick reply, parts required as mentioned, I am a retired mechanic and more at home with a spanner than a soldering iron, But I do what I can.I have been a B&O fan for years (My friend used to own the B&O shop in York. being a friend he always had a bargain that I couldn't resist. My Equipment is mostly the older B&O, but nevertheless still in working order. Apart from aforementioned items.Would changing the motor on the Beocord 5000 be too much of a job, because I don't want to start upsetting the Azimuth of the head.As I said before I have my limitations.just a quick question I have a 5500 that stop working, one day i switched it on and it went into stand by, tried it again and there was a pop, this was about a year ago, someone on beoworld suggested it may be the rectifier. Anyway my friend took it back to the UK to repair but unfortunately he has been very poorly. So I have just bought a 6500 from Graham (here is the question) I need a pre amp is it possible to retrofit the Pre-amp from the 5500 to the 6500. Or do you have an internal preamp for my 5005 Turntable, I know the alternative is to by an external one, but I am just not happy with boxes attached (if you get my drift)Please email me with costs etc.Thank you again, I never fail to be impressed with the assistance of Beoworld Thank you in advanceKindest regardsJohn

No.
I have a 1902 turntable sitting in the attic which unfortunately has reached spare part condition only. It has two counterweight on the back the big block and the smaller one for fine tuning. If you have not found your counter weight yet you can contact me an see if we can work something out.
