Does anyone have service manual or user manual for the Beocenter 2300 DAB ?
Welcome to Beoworld. All user and service manuals (including the ones you're after) are available here on Beoworld for Silver and Gold members. A good investment for the modest fee. If you upgrade, you'll have access.
Dave.
Dave, I just had a look and I don't actually think there are any manuals for the 'DAB' version on the site!
Not specifically for the DAB unit is correct. It depends on what the OP needs to fix - not necessarily the DAB part. Maybe if the OP gives us a bit more information as to the problem, we can help.
The DAB 2300 was not made for public sale - 500 examples were produced and were supposed to have been destroyed but some were 'liberated ' before meeting their fate. This accounts for the lack of documentation! I did have a chance of getting one some years ago but the price was too much for something with very limited function. The fact it uses an Apple Newton as a remote speaks volumes!!

Sorry for waking up this old thread. But I can contribute with the information that many of these 500 sets were delivered to DR (Danish Radio.) After the test periode these sets were sold at at comparatively low price to the technical staff involved in the project.(I have one of my own, but without the Blaupunkt DAB-unit and the Newton Ipad)
They are an interesting piece - probably not the most practical but certainly quite a collectors item. You need to get the other bits though. Maybe some new pictures for the site?

I had one with the Newton but without the DAB module, horrible unit to operate, but very fun :) Sold it as it just stood there.

And I actually worked together with the guy responsible for the coding of the Newton for 10 years, he was at B&O in the good old days :)
