Hi guys I hope somone can shed some light on a STBY red only no responce via touch panel or remote. On the  PCB 61 SMPS  on a Beosound 4 ... In the service manual it states that the voltages on the SMPS ar as follows, pins 2,6,7,12,13 GND pin 5 = 5V STBY Pins 8,9 = 6V pins 10,11=12V and pin 14 = --12V. My question is this I have the 5V STBY as listed no problems but should I also be able to measure  the 6V 12V and --12V at the plug on the SMPS? The reason I ask is this is I need to understand if these 6 12 --12 V are always present on the SMPS with the 5V STBY     OR     does the EEPROM call for the remaining voltages 6 12 --12 from the SMPS then it generates the volts? hope this makes some sence it will help if I have a serviceable or knackered SMPS

Regards Maurice
