Hello to everyone,
I just asking to myself why B&O still did not improve any aspect of the most important music system in its catalog.
In my opinion there are two things, most important and easy to improve, as following:
1 - When you turn on the device on N.MUSIC, it starts to play the last song you were listening in your last session; so you could listen heavy metal music in a situation when Chill-out musig would be more appropriated....
The solution it would be simple: just giving to the user the possibility to choose the track before the music starts, through a simple software update.
2 - Any track at its end, stop playing suddenly, especially in case of albums containing mixed tracks.
Also in this case, the solution would be easy, ordering to the device to shade any track at its end, by a software update.
I am sure that said improvement could give huge results in terms of selling and even in customer's satisfaction, with a minimum investment, so.... why not?
Not sure I agree with you. If you turn the BS5 on by spinning the silver wheel rather than pressing "go" it will take you to the main menu from where you can select the music you want, rather than just playing where you left off. So you effectively have the choice.
Are you sure of what you say? On my device, spinning the silver wheel, I can go to the main menu, then, to go to N.Music I can press on the arrow or on "go" and the result is the same: the device starts playing the same track I was listening in the previous session.
The only way to start the playing mode with the trach you previously selected is commanding the BS5 with a mobile phone or a tablet, using the Beolink app.
