Hi,

unfortunately there is no service manual for the Beogram CD 4500 here in the database.

I tried other sites with manuals too and obviously everybody has only the set-up manual for this device.

Is there anybody who has a good scan and is ready to share with me (us)?

Of course I am also ready to buy original one if somebody want to sell it.

Beoregards,

Can you please send it in for inclusion to the products/service manuals.

If someone has a list of service manuals the site is missing and can pm it me, I'm happy to send originals in to be scanned, I've a good 100+

As far as I know there isn't a list of missing manuals.  I am intending to make an Excel spreadsheet of all currently available manuals and consequently, all of those that are missing.  There are of course, user, service, reference, set-up manuals and a multitude of languages so it's going to be a huge job.

I'd be happy to help with that Dave if you like,

Might be easiest if the task was split!

Yes of course I could do it but I have received the hard copy -> I have to find some time to scan it.

I hope Gunther has nothing against and he agrees too...

It is a good idea but don't forget that there are stil several B&O vintage items not even mentioned in the product list. I think first job should be to add them and to have a complete list of products (if it is possible at all).

I have lot of manuals too and I would gladly share them if there are few which are missing in the manuals section.

Just to inform you. It took me about 2 hours to scan to PDF, my Beocord 2000 de luxe 70 pages manual. A time consuming job, and give it to some office service shop, you can be sure it comes back with missing or bad scanned pages.

Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.

I scanned a good number of manuals - you need an A3 scanner really. The dispiriting part is that as soon as I loaded them on, they appeared for sale on eBay. I have tried to put copy protection on the recent ones and would recommend you do the same. I scan as PDF files.

I would also be very keen to have a copy of the service manual to repair my faulty CD4500 please.
