Hello

Today I changed the Setup from my BV 8-32 with ML and my BS 3200

Bevor both were in different rooms and on Option 6

now I connected both wit one ML cable and set the TV to Option 2 and the BS to option 0

but The BS isn't starting when i press any of the Audio sources :( tried a different Cabel the same...

When the TV is running and I hold the power button on the BS 3200 for a long time the TV switches off

so there must be a connection between the two

any suggestions ?

regards

You haven't said if you have loudspeakers connected to the BeoSound3200.

With no speakers connected to the BeoSound 3200 the correct option programme would be:

TV option 2 & BeoSound 3200 option 0. In this case all remote commands are routed via the TV.

With speakers connected to the BeoSound 3200 the correct set up is:

TV option 1 & BeoSound 3200 option 1. In this case the audio and video commands are directed to the relevant product. By using the "AV" prefixx to all commands you can route the sound either way i.e TV sound through the BeoSound3200 and audio sources through the TV.

TRy powreing everything off and re-connecting yor ML cable before option programming the equipment.
