Hello, there any way to connect beosound essence to beosystem 4?
because i have a 5.1 connected to the beosystem 4
The short answer is: you can't!
The longer is: you can - if you are willing to compromise!!
A BSys4 has an analog A/V-input (the round multi-one). You can (with the right adapter) connect an audio source to that.
From the Essence box you need to connect the PL-out (again with the right adapter) to that input on the BSys4.
There seems to be a setting (in the userinterface of the BeoMusic app), which makes the sound-output a fixed line-output. This means, that you can not use the volumen-wheel on the Essence-thingy. You must turn up/down the volumen - like with any other source on the BSys4 - with the remote. The Essence-thingy gets a bit limited in use then. Alternatively - if you leave it on, and want to use the wheel for controlling the volume - you get into fiddling with two volumen controls!
Of cource you will have to configure the A/V-input (with the Essence-box connected) just as any other source connected to your system: including naming and assigning the source to a button on the remote for turning on - sound settings with speaker groups and so on....
The Essence is a solution, that you mostly stream to, using either the native BeoMusic app (a must for the inbuilt netradio) or from any other DLNA/AirPlay enabled app.
So it would work - it's up to you if it is good/easy enough for you for everyday use.
You will have to handle two system at the same time - so to speak.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
which kind of adapter you think would be the right?
Thank you
sorry for my ignorance, but it's not possible to connect the PL output fo besound essence directly to the S/PDIF input of Beosystem 4 wiht some converter box?
You could - but that would not be my advice.
For that you need a A/D converter box - something like this:
http://www.walmart.com/ip/SIIG-Analog-to-Digital-Audio-Converter/20532121
How good these converters are, i don't know - there are different brands/different quality to different prices.
However if you already use the mini-A/V port of the BSys4, you have no other option.
The adapter-cables mentioned above, are available at your B&O shop.
I don't have the item-number at hand - just tell them, for what you need them (or show them this thread).
