My wife bought this gear i sometime in the 70's or early 80's and it has been languishing in storage since at least 1995. I've recently deciding to sell it (as a set or individually) and I was just about to include them in a recent yard sale when my research into their worth drastically changed my mindset about what to ask for them. I read where someone paid as much as $400 for just the turntable and others bought this model of receiver for much more than I ever thought it would be worth. It all is functional and has some usual signs of wear.
I'm not much of an audiophile and not at all knowledgeable about vintage B & O gear, so I was hoping someone here could give me some guidance and/or assistance in getting it sold at a reasonable price. What say you? What's it all worth?
Depends where you from? Here in the Netherlands I would say approx. 200 euro for the lot!
Brengen & Ophalen
I live in the U.S.
On the US bay, the prices at moment are sky high, sellers offer to Buy Now fantasy prices, and few sales, but if working and in good condition, and presented good, with photos and honest description I would say, BM 1900 US 100-150, S60s +- US 150, and the BG 4002 working with MMC 20xx US 200-300. If sold as "for repair" or not working, or "no pickup", a lot less.
Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
And what's the net income after Ebay and PayPal fees
