Hi Guys I am currently just about to upgrade my beovision 6 22 to a beocenter 6 23 primarily because I am unable to play any Netflix or apples movies on my beovision , I have a converter and can get atv on my tv with sound however when I try to play Netflix or catch up tv I keep getting error message saying it is security protected ! This is driving me mad will beocentre be able to play movies without getting hdmi protected message ? I have a toslink adaptor and everything but this hdmi error rrstrction is getting me down

Netflix HD output always has hdcp (HD content protection) applied. I had this problem when trying to play Netflix via the dvi input of my bv6. However, because I was using a WDTV I was able to revert to the composite output into SCART. To be honest on a 26 inch screen the quality is fine, and I saved £1 a month but changing my Netflix account to SD.

If you stick with the HDMI output from ATV, you will need an HD ready Beocenter that can accept hdcp inputs. This would probably be a later model with component or HDMI inputs.

It's rather pricey, but the HDfury is an excellent converter that takes care of the HDCP issue.
