Set up Beovision 11-55, 6000 speakers front and rear, Beolab 2

If I switch the left hand speaker to right channel, I get sound, but not when it's switched to left channel.  If I change the front right speaker to left channel, no sound, but working as it should on right channel

To a novice, this sounds serious.  Any thoughts?

What source are you using?

Internal tuner / external device (connect via ...)?

Is the Balance set to the very right?

Hi both

Thanks for prompt reply.  Using internal tuner

Sorry I clearly didn't explain myself very well.  Sliding the internal speaker switches is exactly what I have done.  Right hand channel works, but not left hand - for both left and right speakers.  Balance is correct

Fault identified, a replacement cable has been ordered!  Phew!
