We had this discussion here few times and the old B&O gurus claimed there is no technical difference between 608 and 610. Only the colour of the front (blue=608, black=610).
At one of 2 links Tamtapir posted the 610 version is shown on 2 pictures with blue front. I wrote to administrator to change or delete those pictures (there is no 610 version with blue front) but they do not want to delete those wrong pics. The radiomuseum is one of those old school sites with very conservative politics :-)
Vintage Bang & Olufsen
As discussed before, the 610 (black) is the export model of the 608 (blue front). However, there are various different versions of these two, with some of them having different inputs in the rear than others.
Obviously both available in Teak or Rosewood as well!

I hope they can help.
I have a foto af my own B&O Hi-Fi 911HF you can see. 1959
It is displayed at Ringsted Museum together with one of my speakers E, Hoejtone Rundspreder.
What a beautiful piece!
Do let us know the result, I would be interested to know if there are any further changes. You are very lucky to own all of these lovely vintage pieces!
Here I have a list of old B&O equipment.
My database program is full of Pictures, user & service manuals, but not complete. All in Danish.
Hans-Henrik
Hans-Henrik,

many thanks for the document!
Now that's what I call a beauty....

Hi Ben
B&O have "upgraded" the transistors at the two pre-amp. modules.Technical info regarding the transistors comes later.
Very nice list. Did you put the list and the database together yourself?
Hi Minuscat.
The list is from the database.
I just came across the database early summer. Got it from a friend, a huge B&O collector.
I use it when I go "hunting" for vintage items at flea markets.
The only Amplifier I haven't found jet is 911H58 also known as 607.
I know the "database", as you call it, and I know who put it together.I also know that it was never intended for public use but only licensed tocertain people, which you can also tell from its frontpage. Please respect this and state that you have the authors permission, if that is the case.

Hi Martin.
The data base I have concists of several pdf-files.Not issued to any one.I have taken a closer look at the files. I only have files regarding B&O Audio starting from 1950 and up.If the data base only is licensed to certain people, some of those people must have distributed this data base.To your information I will keep it for my self in the future.
Kind regards
