Flere: I choose B&O because in my own opinion (ymmv) - it gives me supreme speakers - it gives me digital audio processing - it gives me the BeoRemote One So I want the Avant to get the digital files of the NAS, do its magic and send it to the BeoLab 5. And I want to be able to control this via the BeoRemote One. Now if I just had - the Avant processing ALAC - the iTunes playlists on the NAS so the Avant can work with them

Now if I just had
- the Avant processing ALAC
- the iTunes playlists on the NAS so the Avant can work with them
The second item is solved. I found the "Playlist Export" Mac App in the Mac Appstore. This allows me to export the iTunes Playlists to the Sinology NAS. And then the DS Audio app works ok with them. So does the HomeMedia section of the Avant.
