30 years old tweeters ferrofluid change it or not?

Is there any acoustic gains of replacing the ferrofluid to old tweeters? I have pair of Vifa D 25 TG-25 from Beovox S80.2.

Only if you think there is a problem with the sound from your speakers - not related to anything else like crossovers needing new capacitors etc.

There are many speakers over 30 years old still going strong with their original ferrofluid.  Unless it's excessively dried out, you should have no problems.  This thread discussed it a few years ago:
