First of all, Welcome to beoworld!

I have used google translate to translate your question, are you sure its the beogram`s tone arm? The speakers inside the cabinet have paper surrounds that wear out.

Thank you for the replay!

Yes  I'm sure that it is the tone arm. When i knock on it so can I hear the sound in the speakers. I have also an beocord 2400 in the cabinets and it sound great. So it must be the something else.

Well, if I were you I'd first remove the sp 14 and try if the problem is still there. If it is, a cable inside the tone arm is probably damaged. The tone arm comes off fairly easy but I`ve never replaced any cables inside it.

Hope this helps.

BTW, we love to see a picture of your setup!

I changed cables on my BG 1202, no bigger problem.
