Hi,
you need an IR Blaster which is connected to the HDR2 so that the HDR2 sende the IR codes.

Thank you for the reply but it does not work.
In the list STB indicated CISCO 8455 DVB but mine is Cicso 8488 DVB.
Should we must update the list?
first of all you should verify whether the IR Blaster is proper connected to the HDR2 data connector by using a phone cam or a real digital camera.
To get an impression of the IR through a digi cam try your BEO4.Then use your BEO4 to generate IR signals at your IR blaster. If this works you need to place the IR blaster in front of the IR receiver of the Cisco.
Very offen the manufacturer of entertainment don't change the IR coding but sometimes this happens. I don't know whether there is an update possible with the codes for your Cisco STB.
You can check whether the Cisco remote fits to the description of the Cisco RNG-150 at www.lirc.org. You can also try a Comcast or Scientific Atlanta if listed in the STB list of the HDR2.
