I have (another) 9500 fixed, but I have to reset RAM and now tuning offset is wrong.
Is this right procedure?
At step 7(press radio) it looks like it is droping off from test mode? And do not store new fequency.

The wording is a bit strange,and there is also a typo!
Set the unit to radio mode with aerial connected,then short out the testmode links.
Think of a radio station you are familiar with and make a note of it's frequency.
press the forward (double arrow) sensor to put the unit into search mode.When the unit locks onto your chosen channel,key in it's frequency,then switch the unit off.
Switch on again and check that the correct display frequency is showing,and tune in other channels,they will all be correct now!
\you may need to repeat this procedure for the am channels?

Think of channel you know the frequency of e.g 92.8mhz?
then start the sequence:
Radio,search,am/fm,test mode,forward key,then wait for unit to lock on your chosen station,albeit not registering the correct frequency.
now select: radio,search,frequency,key in 92.8,store,store,standby.
It's the displayed frequency you are correcting,not the tuning.

It is like in manual, but; when I supposed to key in correct freq, it just tune it sefl to keyed freq, do not stay in correct station.
