My Britons doesn't pling when it should wake me up. It does snooze, setting the next alarm time ten minutes ahead. But there is I alarm sounding.

Is it possible I have turned it off somehow?

I had it also when my batteries almost ran out of power. Try to change them once ...

I'd hate to have plinging Britons wake me up every morning Big Smile (everybody loves autocorrect...)

I second the suggestion of trying fresh batteries. The Beotime does funny things when they are going out. As far as I know there is no way of disabling the alarm sound.

To me, this was always a flaw in the design and was quite disappointing as I would just like to use the sunrise functionality to wake me up. Still loving the Beotime though.

I'm guessing he means when the alarm sound starts off barely audible and increases gradually to full volume.

P.s. Some nice pics on Instagram Leo of B&O. Followed you the other day. BS 6500 minus the Beolink 7000!

There is a hidden sunrise function in the Beotime with which your Beotime can activate light (LC2 eg.) and increase light illumination at the wake-up time. You can find instructions in this forum hof to activate the function.

This is amazing news for me! I have been annoyed that it didn´t control my LC2´s...

Managed to get the extra functions. But still no sound.

When reading the tread, I wanted to be able to have it turn on the lights without sounding the alarm. But now when I can get the alarm to work, it pisses me off Stick out tongue

And the sunrise function doesn't work. I tried slow and fast, but they both just turn the light on. Does anyone know if the setting on the LC2 has to be at something special?

If I remember correct, you can set the light level from 10 to 90 percent ( 1 - 9 ).

If you select the lowest level you can choose wether the light increases slow, middle or fast.

I changed the light setting on the Beotime like this : Light-1 (off)

Sunrise now starts low and gets gradually stronger. Thanks for the help Smile
