Vertical Blinds control?

Can't seem to find any U.S.A compliant vertical blind rotator beside the poorly executed one by Hunter. Any suggestions?

I have not used these myself, so I have no idea how they perform. But I have Somfy for my roller shades (if that's the proper word in English?) and also for my exterior sun shades and are happy with them.

No. Not interested in the curtain-like opening. Only the vertical rotation/opening of the individual vertical leaves.

Can't find anything of quality in the USA
