I don't know whether is true or not, but I don't see them listed at the website.If it's true it's very sad news.
Why would that be sad news?
The Beolab 20 is their successor; a better specified speaker, more or less the same looks.

I expect the performance is better, but I don't like the looks nearly as well. Chrome? Brushed matte aluminum looks better to me.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.
I don't know the specific date(s), but sometime last year I think is when they were discontinued.
Yes, the Beolab 20s are their successor, but I think the BL9's look a helluva lot better, specifications notwithstanding.
Beosound Stage, Beovision 8-40, Beolit 20, Beosound Explore.
I must say I never liked the design of the 9's, nor do I like the design of the 20's, which look similar to me apart from some details.
But, sound always comes first. If the 20 sounds better, I don't care if it looks better or not.
