Help! Beovision 11 Wifi not connecting

I wonder if anyone had a similar problem with BV11. I had a wired connection since purchasing, so I never used Wifi. 

Recently I relocated the TV to a location with no wired Internet, so it was the first time I tried to set wifi up on it. However I get "Connecting..." for a few minutes then it goes "Disconnected". Tried different wifi router and it's still having the same problem. Can anyone help?

I have seen this a few times. Try resetting the 11 to factory settings. Then re-enter the information. You should be good to go. If that doesn't cure it, something else is at play.

Thanks BeoMegaMan. Tried the factory reset, but still no luck. I guess I'll have to give B&O a call then.
