I have a Beovision 10/40 with Apple TV (3rd Gen) and PS3 connected via HDMI.
I have a Beocentre 8500 connected via the ML converter,
when I select AV DVD/TV on the 8500 I get the sound from the PS3 or TV through the speakers of the 8500 with no problems,
however when the Apple TV is selected (AV V-MEM) the sound comes out of the speakers for about half a second, then goes off.
any ideas why it works with the PS3 and not Apple TV?
and is there any ways to get it to work?

Thanks for your replies, I have a slight update,
I have unplugged the PS3 HDMI cable from the PS3 unit and plugged that HDMI cable to the Apple TV. so the Apple is now into port B selected as DVD.
selected AV DVD on the Beocentre and the Apple TV came out of the speakers,so would appear not to be an Apple problem.
has anyone had problems using the A or C HDMI sockets on the BV10?
Hi
I am using AV DVD to the Beocentre 8500 to get the sound through the Beocentre 8500, speakers,
the sound through the TV speakers is never a problem
the HDMI B socket works with the PS3 or Apple TV with regards to the sound to the Beocentre 8500, so it seems to be a problem within the HDMI C socket on the BV10-40.
Any ideas?
