Hi everyone.

I have a Beocom 6000 for 7 years and it works wonderfully. It is the version with the separate PSTN base.

3 years ago I bought a Beocom 2 and paired it with the PSTN base. No problem at all. Worked wonderfully until last week.

Last week the Beocom 2 unregistered from the base and now I can't register it back.

I press the buton behind the PSTN base, the Beocom 6000 registers at once but the Beocom 2 keeps searching for base without success.

What is wrong? Is there anything I can do?

Thanks.

Regards,

Mike

I am almost sure that the Beocom 2 needs to be registered before the 6000's.

Thanks, leosgonewild.

That did the trick. Never would have guessed that there is a particular order to register the handsets Geeked

I sold a Beocom2 to a guy who had the same problem as you.

I did some reaaearch, and it actually states in the user manual of the PSTN base that it has to be done in that order.

Great that you got it fixed Big Smile
