How is the membership for Beoworld normally renewed?
I have a gold membership but I can't recall a recent payment for that.
Is the initiative coming from Beoworld (eg. reminder e-mail) or from the member?

You should get a reminder email from Beoworld a few weeks prior to the renewal date.
It will be sent to the email address that is registered with Beoworld.
