Hi,

I'm just trying to program my Beo5 from scratch.

I allready managed to program my favorite internet-radio stations via the Beolink-PC2 which is used in a single room.

In an other room (not linked to the first one) I want to conrol my window shade screens. They are controled with my Beo4 or Beolink 1000 when I enter this button combination:

LIGHT + 3 + ^ to close screens

LIGHT + 4 + ^ to open screens

I tried with both BOType Beo4 and Beo5 without success:

0:000:LIGHT:LIGHT

Delay: 50ms

0:000:LIGHT:CIFFER_3

Delay: 50ms

0:000:LIGHT:CURSOR_UP

Could you give me some help to get the right configuration?

Thanks'

Gerard

It's not CURSOR_UP, it's probably something called STEP_UP.

Cursor is for the joystick.

Thanks' that's it STEP_UP works

But on the Beo4 I only have to keep the ^ pressed and the screen is going down continusly.

With thw Beo5 STEP_UP I have to press the command 1000 times to get the screen down or up cm by cm .

Is there a command to have it running continusly?

There should be a STEP_UP_CONTINUOUS, or a C_STEP_UP.

The Beo4 sends STEP_UP when you press, then a series of "Continuous STEP_UP" until you release the key.

Thank's for the Continous Tip.

But it's not the C_STEP_UP , in the ConfigTool under the button properties BeoIR I enter the following command :
0:000:LIGHT:LIGHT

Delay: 50ms

0:000:LIGHT:CIFFER_3

Delay: 50ms

0:000:LIGHT:STEP_UP

and I put a mark in the "continus"-Box under the Command-Field

Thank's for helping.

Is there a List out there with all the commands sent by the different buttons of the different B&O remote-controls, I have BeoLink 1000, Beolink 5000, Beolink 7000, Beo4 and Beo5.

For information to all other forum members the Beolink 1000 command: LIGHT + 3 + ^ is needed to address my curtains on relay 3 (down) controlled by a CP70B B&O-Link Module from conson.com for more info see here
