Serial number starts 164 type 2572

I have a very simple question. I Just would like to know, how can I find out the age of my Beosound 9000 ? Also it selects a disc but does not play, the disc will not spin any ideas ?

Can you still get spare parts for it ?

You can either wait for someone to tell you here, or, you can be proactive and ask your dealer or simply e-mail B&O customer services who will gladly tell you.  Your dealer/service centre will also tell you what is still available and that may depend on what MK it is.  Parts are still also available for all MK's via eBay.

Dave.

It's a mk3.

Probably faulty laser. If cleaning doesn't help, it probably the laser, or powersupply. Be careful just toe order nay parts. Not all parts are replaceable between mk1,2 and 3.
