Does any one know where I may be able to get new glass doors? Could I just have them made at a glass shop and transfer the hardware over to the new doors?

In theory you could but the glass shop would have to be very good. The sizes have to be right as will the glass thickness. The edges will need to be treated to remove sharp edges etc. Not the best option.
Doors are available via eBay. You could also try resellers such as Lifestyle AV or Quality Dream Audio who sometimes have some in stock from defective machines. Have you tried asking your nearest B&O dealer?
