BLGW Beosound 4

Hi there all

I setup my beolab gateway originally with my bv7 and Beosound 4.

I was trying to get it to work with my beivision 3 and 6.

The beivision 6 I could control but after a few days I lost control of the Beosound 4 when trying to activate from the zone it sits in.

I can call up the sources from the main room zone fine. I have removed the resource and added again via capture but still don't seem to have gained control via the app?

Any thoughts?

I did one last week when testing could that have affected my option settings?

Sounds like the bs4 is in option 0.

If put it back in the correct option and

Test again.

I had to change its option and change it back and it is now fine :)

Weird but fixed :)

So control is working via the Beosound keypad and the app and the speakers play sound.

I have noticed annoyingly that the standby button single press turns off the TV in the main room also.

I have also noticed when setting up my essance remote today in light mode the light and control commands are passed via the TV in the next room and the Beosound 4 does not even see any IR.

After I changed the option I now have control via BLGW but also when I turn the stereo on via its own buttons it turns on tr TV in the other room and plays via the speakers.

The below document I think shows that BS4 can only work with the Beosound 4 if it's connected via the BV7.

If you look at the * statement I think this means the audio master will only work if it's in the option that means it's controlled by a video master.

Any thoughts
