We have a BeoLine PSTN base and a Beocom2 Mk 1 telephone.

We stopped using the telephone a few months ago and have since had fibre optic installed by BT.

The Beocom no longer works - is this due to the fibre optic or is it another fault?

If it is due to the fibre optic is there anyway to make it work?

Thanks

Doug

Assuming that you don't have your copper based connectivity anymore and that you rely 100% on the fiber optic connectivity; but do you have a voip subscription?

Beocom should work but it depends what "deal" you got with your new fiber installation. Look at the back of the modem to see if there are any phone ports.
