First post, forgive me if its mentioned elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything

My Dad and I have just unearthed his Beosystem 3300, and everything appears to be working, except the Beomaster, which isn't responding to the buttons

These are the buttons which aren't really buttons, a gentle touch is all it takes, so it's not as simple as having a nose around the mechanics

Has anyone had this problem before, and is there a simple solution?

We were thinking of a lateral solution of purchasing a remote, which I think I will do anyway, and hopefully it works, but it would be really nice to get the whole system working properly

Thanks,

Max

Welcome to Beoworld !

Check the supply voltage to the sensor pad circuits.
