It seems that there is no quality control at BO.

Just bought a BEO6. Noticed dead pixels on the right top corner. Can only be seen when using the 2-way N.MUSIC while displaying the wifi signal (see picture).

Very disappointing for the most expensive remote ever!

Call your dealer and ask for an exchange. No quality control is perfect and perhaps the pixel fault is a result of something happening after the testing procedure. One can never know.

I think they will help you without hesitation.

Problem solved. Did several resets of the remote and serializations... until ConfigTool crashed, and then the weird pixels disappeared... so far.

Well, don't ask me what went wrong, and then what went right!

This is an error in Configuration Tool - it is sometimes generating red pixels on top of random icons or texts (so the error can be seen after the configuration is already downloaded into Beo6).

If you see these red pixels, then you have to download the configuration again and hope that this time you have more luck :)
