Hi what would be the best way to get scratches out of my record player lid? I've been looking at certain products on Ebay but not sure what's the best.  Cheers Phil

What model do you have?

I have used Micromesh modelling kits on my Beogram lids with some success. It is very time consuming however and it will leave you with sore arms! It really depends how bad the lid is to be honest. Car polish (certain brands) can reduce surface scratches for instance but will not clear really deep ones.

Many of my Open Reel players have awful lids for some reason. No idea why those in particular but there you go!
