Hello!

I recently acquired a system with a Beoline base & three (3) Beocom 1 phones.  Everything works fine except for an extra Intercom entry when I press the INT button.  Apparently, the "system" is telling me that there is another phone registered to the base, which I don't have.  How do I delete the unwanted intercom (INT) entry???  THANKS!

Reset the base and start over with the phones you have?

Not quite sure how to do that... I find all kinds of information on resetting a PSTN base (restart button) but have not had any luck on ISDN systems.  Closest thing I found is the 9#9#9*HOLD action.  Does this work???

THANKS!

Hello

I think you need to access the MENU options on a handset then you can manage the system

I am not sure if this might be helpful.  I have a mixture of Becom 6000 (3) and Beocom 2 (2) all mk 1 working from the old style (squarish) PSTN

Using a BC6000    DOT   followed by  7 gives the menu options

Rotating the dial to MENU 7 (HANDSET/BASE) offers

HANDSET NAME; SELECT BASE; REGISTER BASE; REMOVE BASE; REMOVE HANDSET; COMMON; PERSONAL; AUTO REGISTER; PIN CODE;

from REMOVE HANDSET you have a list of the handsets registered to the system and you can select any and remove or mange the system from any handset
