I have owned a B&O Moment for about a month and so far it has worked flawlessly - that is until this morning.
I was listening to music late last night with the 'Jukebox' tablet on my lap, and when finished I left it beside my chair, not replacing it on the 'Soundheart' as I normally would. This morning the Jukebox remained 'blank' when I picked it up, so assuming perhaps its' battery had discharged I put it back on the Soundheart to recharge; the 'swirling light' sequence began on the screen, but then abruptly stopped before completion, leaving just a white glow in the middle.
I've left it alone all day thinking it might recharge and restart itself, but nothing after 8 hours - just a faint white circle in the middle of the screen. I've tapped and swiped it in every direction, turned it over and done the same on the wooden side, turned the Soundheart off and on (incidentally this appears to be working fine - powered up fine, activated the green lights in my Beolab 18s on restart, steady white 'signal strength' light in the back, so I don't think a full reset here would help...), but I'm getting nothing on the screen. Initially it did 'click' when I tapped the scroll-wheel centre, but now it doesn't even do that. I note there is a small hole on the top right of the Jukebox which looks like it might be a 'reset' button, but I'm loathe to poke anything into it without knowing exactly what this is.
I will contact my dealer tomorrow, but has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution? Any help greatly appreciated. I'm hoping it's something simple I've overlooked, and not a major problem with the Jukebox...
There actually is a reset button on the Jukebox.
I saw my dealer reset one of his once - but I am not quite sure exactly how/what to push.
So - don't worry too much. Call your dealer first thing tomorrow.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Thank you for the reassurance Millemissen - hopefully a quick reset puts everything back to normal...
Yes, don't worry Beocat, i'm sure that MM is super right. All computer / IT based equipment freezes at times and needs resetting. Don't fret and don't let it spoil your enjoyment :)
this explains how to reset the Moment!

Please let us know what your dealer says/done. Could be very helpful information on the forum.

A quick update:
Yesterday evening I let the Jukebox's power run down over about 7 hours until the display was blank; I then re-attached it to the charger, and voila! after a few seconds the 'B&O' logo appeared, and then it went into it's power-up cycle as normal. All my music was immediately available (I had refrained from a full reset, as I suspected it was just the Jukebox that had 'frozen'), and everything now appears fine.
Hopefully this was just a 'one-off' software glitch, and not the start of a recurring problem.
Thanks Millemissen/Paul W/elephant/Chris for input and advice.
Rather annoying for you to experience, but it is nice to know, that the Jukebox can restore/revive this way.
Thanks for posting - this might be helpfull for other Moment owners, since it is likely that it may happen to others from time to time.
