are the corssovers in the Beolab Penta II and the Beolab Penta III identical?
Thanks!
Kai
Nobody?
According to service manuals they should be...but in reality the may have changed.
//Bo.A long list...
Thanks Bo. Just looking for replacement parts and am unsure whether they will do the job. You do not happen to have replacement parts for the Beolab 3000/5000 amplifier sections? Greetings,
"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"
Thanks! It's always these details that matter. Not easy to find spare ones. Greetings
leosgonewild:They are not the same. The midrange in Penta 3 is higher.
Where do you get this information from?
The first mk3 boards are the same as the mk2.
During the mk3 period, changes has been made to the boards. Different board layouts, different values for some components. Several parts/sections are even "vanished" during the mk3 period.

A different tweeter is used during the mk3 period. A change value of resistor was used to compensate.
