Hello,

I've got the last config tooll 6.84 and got a problem with my Beo6, There is no problem until the end of the serialization. Then the config tool tell me there is a problem with the USB drvier and after nothing to do to put the new program on the Beo6.

When I look at the message in the tray, I wonder Why Win7 try to install Beo5 ?? I'm programing a Beo6 not a Beo5.

The program tell me to disconnect the battery during 2 minutes but I don't have the tools to open my Beo6 !!!

Is the last config tools ok with Win7 64 bits ?

Thank you for your help.

The last config tool doesn't work with a Beo5 but only with a Beo6.

6.84 seems very hard to get, so I guess there are only few beoworlders able to assist. I have 6.64 which was working for a while on win7/64. Then it stopped and produces an error while downloading to Beo6. Now im back to 6.00 from a Win7/32 which seems the most stable version to me.

I'll test it on a Win XP PC I always have this week and tell you if it's ok.

I had also this problem on Windows 8.1. Seems USB driver problem in win 8.1. Use windows XP or windows 7 and problems solved.
