Wait for at least 3 hours with the TV connected to the mains. The TV should then allow you to put in the PIN. Every time you disconnect from the mains the 3 hours will start again.
If that procedure does not solve the problem you will need to contact a dealer. Similarly, if you do not have the PIN.
Putting in the wrong PIN 3 times will also trigger a 3 hour wait. If your TV wasn't ever set up with a PIN you may have a different problem.

Hello,
I am waiting now for 3,5 hours (wel the red light is flashing), but the BeoVision wo't turn on. Do you know other solutions for my problem?
Thanks for the help!
Piet
What I would do with mine in such a case: Open the Beotool App on my iPhone, check the BV11 status on it and generate a service report.
HI,
Thanks for your response.
I have the Beotool app open, but he can't find the BV11. I think because the BV11 can't start up and hasn't a internet connection right now.

The 3 hours may not be a precise time. I would leave the TV connected to the mains overnight before trying anything else.
The BV11 stood the all night on with the red flashing light, but he does not asks the PIN and won't turn on. I don't know what to do right now. Do I need to wait longer?
Thanks
I would contact a dealer. It's possible that you've made a disconnection from the mains whilst the TV was doing a software update.
Perhaps someone else can advise on resetting the TV defaults in this situation.
From the maintenance manual..... table is scrambled but if you upgrade you can see the original on the main site.
“Flashing red, 13 blinks per 10 seconds... theft protection after too many failed PIN attempts. Switch on not possible.” Is that the problem? Contact your dealer. Do please let us know the final outcome so that others can learn!

Good that you got help.
Did they charge you for that? If so, how much?
