Beovision 11 not responding to volume commands from Beoremote One as it should

All of a sudden my BV11 is responding slow or not at all when I want to adjust volume. Sometimes it's okay and sometimes not.

Other commands work as they should.

When my Moment play, volume adjustments are no problem.

I have restarted the TV.

IR strength on remote is max.

Anyone experience the same?

Can it be the remote?

Took the remote back to the dealer.

The keypad was clearly malfunctioning since same problem appeared there.

Got an new remote.

Case closed.
